Responsibilities: To evaluate and perform ongoing analysis on business processes related to productivity, quality, cost and time management etc. to outline business process improvements. To coordinate business process improvement strategies with stakeholders to form IT strategies. To analyze and oversee implemented IT initiatives to business processes and make adjustments as needed. To present progress reports and integrate feedback for further improvements. Requirements: Degree in Information Technology and/or Business and Finance Min. of 5 years of IT-related work experience and business process management in a related industry. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Possesses good interpersonal skills and able to communicate at all levels. Ability to interpret business conditions and priorities accurately and deliver required IT solutions. Project management experience is an advantage.
