Responsibilities and Duties

Follow ASL HSSEQ policies.
Prepare accounts for assigned vessels up to monthly closure for Senior Accountant review.
Issue client invoices, manage payments, and oversee vessel finances.
Perform all accounting tasks, including invoicing, expenses, payments, payroll, and ledger updates.
Conduct bank reconciliations and review statements.
Validate master\'s month-end cash statements.
Settle accounts and payments after approval.
Submit financial reports and notify the Senior Accountant of variances.
Assist in preparing annual financial reports.
Record entries and generate monthly reports per client\xe2\x80\x99s standards. (DANAOS/SHIPNET)
