Main Purpose of Job:
Provide crew logistics support
Key Accountabilities:
Optimisation of ISS owned/chartered passenger vans and launch boats.
Coordinate hospitality services which include hotel accommodation, meals and airport meet and greet services.
Coordinate other crew travel / logistic services as assigned.
Administrative support after office hours.
Monitoring and update Operation Teams on consignment/spare received after office hour.
All jobs are performed in accordance to local regulatory guidelines and the following ISS Policies and Procedures:
1. ISS Corporate Compliance
2. Ethnics
3. Health Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE)
4. Standard Operating Procedures defined by the Management
The post holder will carry out any other duties as are within the scope and purpose of the job as requested by the Line Manager and ensure full utilisation of all ISS systems according to Standard Operating Procedures
