Vice Principal

Salary Package : Basic RM 3000 (diploma holder), RM 3500 (degree holder)

Working Time: 7.30am - 4.30pm / 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri), 5 working days
Working Location: Tmn Molek

* To assist with the administration of preschool functions.

• To in-charge of all preschool maintenance work and ensure that each classroom and preschool compound are safe and conducive.
• To issue invoices for parent.
• To handle Little Lives and Grapeseed portal including creating new account for staff and parent.
• To raise stationery and cleaning stuff order to admin department.
• To arrange teacher duty roster.
• To conduct teaching class for student.
• Maintain good relationship with kids / parents / healthcare service provider / public; Actively involved in company Projects;
• Be a Joyous ambassador;
• Participate in any company events including seminar, workshop and monthly meeting.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in ANY discipline but must have interest in teaching. Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education or Psychology or Education or equivalent will have an added advantage.
• Working experience in in a similar capacity role and able to work on own initiative with limited supervision.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English (strong) and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge in child development and preschool educational methods
• Multi-tasking skills and planning skills.
• Approachable, likable, and relatable individual.
• Building and maintaining relationships
