Overview:We are looking for a Vietnamese-Speaking Analyst with strong local knowledge of Vietnam\xe2\x80\x99s FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) and retail landscape. The ideal candidate will have excellent research skills, be proficient in both English and Vietnamese, and be capable of identifying and connecting trends from secondary data sources. If you are passionate about analyzing market trends and are skilled in report preparation, this role is perfect for you. Interns are also welcome to apply.(The definitive position title and internal corporate level will be established through a sequence of interviews and assessments) Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth secondary research focused on Vietnam\xe2\x80\x99s FMCG and retail sectors.
• Leverage local insights to identify trends, connect the dots with available data, and compile comprehensive reports on market dynamics.
• Translate and interpret research materials, reports, and presentations from Vietnamese to English and vice versa.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to provide localized insights, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of market reports.
• Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations and Word documents summarizing research findings and delivering data-driven recommendations.
• Provide local flavor and cultural context to reports to enhance the relevance and impact of insights.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong local knowledge of Vietnam\xe2\x80\x99s FMCG and retail landscape.
• 1-3 years of experience in research, data analysis, or a similar role, with an emphasis on secondary research.
• Interns are also welcome to apply if they meet the language and research skill requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint and Word).
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Take ownership to work independently with remote supervision
• Can multi-task and meet tight deadlines
• Disciplined and adhere to high-quality standards
