JOB DESCRIPTION: CISCO IPTEL ENGINEER High Level Scope of Work
Incident Management Specialist on Cisco Unified Communications solution.
Key Activities
To analyze and contribute to end to end telephony and contact center incidents resolution 8X5 on-site or in office premises for all users (Singapore and Overseas).
To perform some Move Add Change Delete (MACD) for IPT/CC, in particular for VIPs located in Singapore
Key Responsibilities
Perform identification of failure points, troubleshooting and resolution for IPT/CC & ecosystem faults.
Liaise with the other Departments (Level 2 & Level 3) to resolve faults.
Work with Service Desk to log and track faults, provide progress updates until resolution.
Key Relationships Internal
Company USO and Singapore support teams, Field Engineers and Customer Service Managers.
Requirement Skills Set and Experience
Technical Skills: Strong technical background & experience on CISCO IP Telephony 7 Contact Center products & services (CUCM & ecosystem)
Previous Experience: Experience with telecom projects from a technical support perspective.
Customer facing experience.
Communication: Proficient written and oral communication in English
Analytical: Familiar with facilitating a team of appropriate experts to resolve issues and define detailed procedures and planning.
Progress Reporting: Proficient in the methods and techniques for reporting the progress of activities against the plan.
Cross- Functional and Intel - Disciplinary Awareness: Understanding the needs, objectives and
Constraints of those in other disciplines and functions.Required Qualifications Professional Qualifications: Engineering degree or equivalent in computer sciencesInitiative: Being proactive,taking action and anticipating outcomes.
