Job Summary
To handle the daily operations of warehouse under a direct supervision. To receive, record and dispatch goods in the warehouse so as to ensure timely collection and delivery of goods.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming goods; check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and packing list.
- Pick and pack orders according to Pick Slip via mobile scanner.
- Generate shipping documents.
- Perform daily cycle count.
- Ensure proper tracking and up-to-date inventory stock.
- Retrieve stored information to respond to enquiries (for example, on stock transfer, inventory levels or delivery schedules)
- Perform other clerical duties according to the organization’s established procedures (such as record and update all inbound and outbound shipment into daily tracking file).
- Maintain good housekeeping in the warehouse.
- Comply with all the health and safety regulations.
Requirement
- Possess forklift license
- Computer literate
