Warehouse Executive

Job Description
The Warehouse Executive is responsible for our day-to-day inbound & outbound operations, inventory management and fulfilment matters.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure goods received are in good condition and matches the purchase order
- Manage all outbound and inbound warehouse activities while ensuring inventory integrity & accuracy
- Manage all courier and drop shipping partners, ensure fulfilment are timely processed and accounted for handover to fulfilment teams.
- Develop, maintain and manage all supplier / courier relationships for incoming support
- Follow up with couriers, business partners and customers on all fulfilment support
- Ensure proper housekeeping and maintenance of warehouse
- Prepare regular updates to management on the status of shipments and overall warehouse spend to support annual budgeting processes
- Ensure warehouse safety standards are met to build a safe working environment for staff and partners
Qualification and Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Logistics, Warehousing and/or Supply Chain or its equivalent
- 2-3 years of working experience in Logistics, Third Party Logistics and Warehousing
- Good analytical, planning, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of logistics warehouse management for efficient service delivery
- Good communication skills to communicate with external partners
- Prior experience in start-up is preferred
- Prior experience in ecommerce is preferred
- IT savvy and experienced in G Suite and MS Office applications
