Job Summary:

The Warehouse Executive oversees the operation of the warehouse/satellite stores under his/her care, reporting statistics to the Warehouse Manager and assisting with the planning of manpower.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The responsibility of the Executive, Warehouse is, but not limited to, as follow:

• Oversee the operation of the warehouse /satellite stores under his/her care.
• Ensure equipment accountability in each warehouse / satellite stores.
• Advise on the feasibility of the Letter of Authority (LOA) based on satellite store equipment availability.
• Report to the Warehouse Manager on a daily basis the equipment usage, losses and damages and equipment availability.
• Dissemination of workplan and LOAs to the respective warehouses
• Planning of daily manpower and logistical operation (Packing, Collection, Delivery, Indent of expandable items, etc) including decision making for hiring, firing and the like.
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time
• Work Location: Singapore

• Comply with Cubic\xe2\x80\x99s Quality Management System
• Comply with Cubic Occupational Health, Safety and Environment policies and procedures
• Comply with security in accordance with established policies and procedures of the organisations
• Comply with Cubic Human Resources Procedures
• Other duties as requested

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics or equivalent from a recognised Institute
• At least 5 years working experience and with supervisory skills
• Team player and good planning execution
• Independent and ability to provide solutions and on time delivery
• Ability to work under stress and in remote locations at odd hours

Suitable candidates must have completed or about to complete National Service in Singapore.
