We are looking for a responsible and experience Store Executive for managing the E&I and Equipment and part stores.

Sorting, classification, and documentation of stocks.
Perform issue and receipt of stocks following sound inventory management and ESH SOPs.
Ensure that all stocks are properly labelled, packed and stored in given location in the warehouse.
Maintain the quality and security of stocks in the warehouse.
Conduct physical inventory count, reconcile results with computerized inventory record.
Plan reorder / replenish stocks and initiate procurement promptly.
Monitor warehousing expenditure.
Consult with another operational department.
Enforce operating instructions and safety policies.

Requirements:

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Warehouse operations, Logistics
Good knowledge of E& I , mechanical parts, and industrial chemicals
Minimum 5 years of experience managing general goods warehouse
Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Energetic, initiative-taking, meticulous, with good interpersonal and communication skills
Possess Class 3 driving licence and able use forklift and pallet jack.
