Job Details:

JOB SUMMARY
Oversee the operations of the field services team.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May be required to perform additional duties):

• To liaise with the Logistic team on the delivery/collection schedules of the equipment
• Ensure equipment accountability for every support
• Advise on the feasibility of the Letter of Authority (LOA) based on overall support schedule.
• Report to the Warehouse Manager on daily basis the support plan of the team
• Dissemination of workplan and LOAs to all team members
• To coordinate with the training units on the support schedule and requirement of the exercise.
• To coordinate and provide relevant equipment training to the units
• To facilitate submission and closure of Loss and Damage Statement (if any) after each exercise
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

• Comply with Cubic Security in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Comply with Cubic\'s Quality Management System
• Comply with Cubic\'s Health Safety & Environment policies and procedures

KEY REQUIREMENTS (Skills, knowledge, qualifications and experience)

Qualifications:
Essential

• O Levels and/or NITEC or relevant experience on equipment
• At least 3 years working experience and with supervisory skills

• Team player
• Independent and ability to provide solutions and on time delivery
• Ability to work under stress and in remote locations at odd hours
