Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and managing our wireless solutions to ensure seamless connectivity and high-performance networking across our networks. In addition, the incumbent requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Aruba Mobility Solution Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Aruba Mobility Conductor and Aruba Mobility Controller solutions to provide reliable and efficient wireless connectivity.
• Network Troubleshoot and Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize the performance of the network, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance overall efficiency.
• Security Implementation: Implement robust security measures within the Aruba Mobility solutions, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of data transmitted over the network.
• Troubleshooting and Incident Response: Lead troubleshooting efforts during network incidents, providing timely resolution and implementing preventive measures.

• Bachelor\'s degree (Prefer in Engineering, Information Systems or related area)
• Advanced degrees and relevant certifications (e.g., Aruba Certified Mobility Professional) are a plus.
• 5+ years working experience in wireless IT Engineering/Operations
• Possesses expert knowledge of wireless Network Infrastructure and Network Design
• Strong understanding of wireless networking protocols, security protocols, and network architecture.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools
• Essential to this position are demonstrated accomplishments in achieving objectives in a global organization together with the ability to work effectively and independently on cross-functional teams
• Must be able to lead and engineer solutions in a stressful environment and react quickly in times of crisis.
• Knowledge of Aruba Wireless Conductor and Wireless Controller, (AP\'s)
• Knowledge of Identity Service Enginee of Wireless Protocols
