Job Summary
This role is responsible for the overall management, implementation, and performance management of the Workplace Experience and Hospitality Services program for the clients. Oversees operating policies and procedures ensuring those are aligned with the Client\'s business needs, goals, and objectives. Works closely with the Facilities Management Team in developing and overseeing the program\'s implementation aligned with the business\'s vision and mission.
