Responsibilities:

Circles.Life is looking for a Workplace Experience Specialist who is meticulous, energetic and has a passion to create a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate should come with a high level of maturity and an ability to lead and drive employee engagement activities.

You will be given a unique opportunity to work on high impact projects such as streamlining office process workflows, creating SLAs as well as implementing initiatives for the creation of an effective workplace. You will take full ownership of all projects and drive key initiatives, all the while solving real-world problems!

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • First point of contact for entire workplace experience management
  • Managing and supporting execution of company events (e.g. team building activities, rewards and recognition programs, year-end party, etc.)
  • Owning office and/or facilities management, including troubleshooting, liaising with vendors/service providers and raising invoices.
  • Monitoring renewal of offices rental, facilities supply contracts, and other relevant licenses for all Circles Entities
  • Aiding in the execution of regional employee onboarding experience
  • Enabling a seamless process for employee related travel and candidate visits
  • Be an active member of the People Operations team; sharing insights on how to provide better experiences for our growing employee base

Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Preferably 3+ years relevant office management experience
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Experience in procurement and vendor management
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in managing and meeting budget allocations
  • Ability to execute assigned tasks in a timely manner
  • Proficiency in MS Office and G-suite will be a bonus
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
