Job Responsibilities

• Identifying and recommending best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices.
• Assess the company's HSSE Management System to identify any deviation, weakness or significant change in organization, risk control measures and provide recommendation for improvement.
• Conduct or coordinate In-House Training Program, Safety Promotions or other safety-related activities for Staff and EPC Contractors.
• Perform safety audits and inspection of the Company's worksites to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure safety regulation compliance.
• Investigate accidents, near-miss incidents, and occupational injuries to determine causes, install preventive measures, and manage return-to-work activities.
• Assist in maintaining certifications such as ISO, Bizsafe certificates.
• Conduct weekly 5S inspection and prepare reports.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Must be a Registered Safety Officer / Workplace Safety & Health Officer.
• Must have professional knowledge in WSHE legislation and regulations (WSH act and Environment).
• Minimum Diploma Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
