The role will set the direction and drive revenue for all Workplace related activities, products and services in country and towards a key accounts focus. Demonstrate revenue growth on Workplace products in line with ISS strategy priorities Job Responsibilities Develop and execute the Workplace strategy in line with ISS overall commercial strategy Define key targets and sales ambitions for Workplace Document customer outcome of Workplace initiatives Lead, develop and motivate the Workplace team and install the right capabilities and mindset Bring the buildings to life through Touchpoint experiences Listen to business needs and sharing best practice from the ISS global network Createculture and acommunity feel focusing on workforce health and wellbeing Job Requirements Diploma /Degree in Business Management Experienced in working with customers and understand the strategy and operations on the workplace agenda Effective communicator, with strong analytic skills & a people person Proactive and forward thinking in design concept Hospitality / Sales or Events background would be an advantage
