Workshop Supervisor (jurong East, Up To $4k)

Job Description
:
- Location: International Business Park
- 5 days work week, 830am to 530pm
- Monitor and oversee daily operation.
- Perform quality check on repaired machine.
- Handling complaints (from both staff and customers).
- Facilitate problem solving and collaboration.
- Maintain safe and conducive working environment in the service workshop.
- Contribute to ideas for improving current working methods and processes.
- Handle difficult situations and resolving complaints.
- Prioritise own work within a general schedule and allocate work to other staff daily to meet deadlines.
- Carry out planning so that adequate resources, equipment, and stock are available to meet specific work objectives.
- Responsible for the safe keeping of allocated equipment, tools and for ensuring they are kept in good working order.
- Provides guidance to new technician.
- Persuade, motivate, and organise own team members.
- Diploma / ITE in Engineering or any other relevant field
- Able to supervise workers work and work with workers well
- Preferably holds a Class 3 driving license
- Preferably at least 2 years of relevant supervisory and hands-on experiences in a technical role
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
