Screening / managing all general calls and direct them to the respective department
Visitor Management
Attending to all guests in a friendly and professional manner
Inquiring the name of the hosts and contact the hosts that their visitors have arrived
Issuance and recording of visitor passes
Meeting Rooms Management
Booking of meeting rooms, when required
Schedule meetings, internally and externally
Vendor & Courier Management
Coordinate, schedule for delivery of local and overseas courier services and process weekly invoices
Responsible for office, Pantry and Stationary supplies.
Admin
Coordinate with travel providers and travel expenses, when necessary
Order Wreath & Get Well Baskets
Responsible for Name Cards process
Process invoices, Raise Purchase Requisition, Quotation, PO, Perform Goods Receipt
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
