Call Management
- Handling all telephone calls and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Screening / managing all general calls and direct them to the respective department
- Attending to all guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Inquiring the name of the hosts and contact the hosts that their visitors have arrived
- Issuance and recording of visitor passes
- Booking of meeting rooms, when required
- Schedule meetings, internally and externally
- Coordinate, schedule for delivery of local and overseas courier services and process weekly invoices
- Responsible for office, Pantry and Stationary supplies.
- Coordinate with travel providers and travel expenses, when necessary
- Order Wreath & Get Well Baskets
- Responsible for Name Cards process
- Process invoices, Raise Purchase Requisition, Quotation, PO, Perform Goods Receipt
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
