Job Highlights

  • 5 Days Work Week (Off On Weekends)
  • Base in Tuas (35 minutes by Public Transport from Boon Lay MRT)

Responsibilities
  • Handles incoming phone calls etc
  • Generate and submission of quotations, delivery orders, and invoices
  • Assist operation team to prepare, submission and follow up on documents/ forms to customer related to SIC, Site Entry Pass
  • Manage PPE purchasing, distribution and recording for workers
  • Assist to check the attendance management system with INFOTECH, overtime calculation and etc
  • Daily Administrative work and settlement of receivables and payable.
  • Assist Accounts & HR Department on Filing and data entry.

Requirements
  • Minimum Secondary and above
  • Processes at least 1-2 years of admin experience would be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Ms Office skills
  • Highly independent, possess drive and initiative
