Providing a range of administrative support services, including data entry, filing, document organisation and general office management tasks
Assisting with the coordination of meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for the team
Handling incoming phone calls, emails and other queries in a professional and responsive manner
Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
Maintaining office supplies and inventory levels
Collaborating with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
What we're looking for
At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally within the Administration & Office Support industry
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach
A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
A strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft BC system

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
