Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Handle warranty part order requests, issue purchase orders to the factory, and coordinate delivery status with the factory and engineers.
  • Manage Move Orders to the warehousing team, coordinating with engineers and the warehousing team for shock and tilt handling, uncrating, and crate disposal.
  • Monitor various processes including delivery status, outstanding sales orders, Move Order status, emergency and weekend delivery status, parts withdrawal status, and report preparation.
  • Maintain inventory levels to prevent stock-outs.
  • Manage requests for information and data.
  • Follow up on and resolve administrative issues and inquiries.
  • Generate service support-related reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Studies
  • at least 1 year of related experience in Customer Service, Sales support or logistic support
  • experience in Oracle or SAP will be an added advantage
