Handle warranty part order requests, issue purchase orders to the factory, and coordinate delivery status with the factory and engineers.
Manage Move Orders to the warehousing team, coordinating with engineers and the warehousing team for shock and tilt handling, uncrating, and crate disposal.
Monitor various processes including delivery status, outstanding sales orders, Move Order status, emergency and weekend delivery status, parts withdrawal status, and report preparation.
Maintain inventory levels to prevent stock-outs.
Manage requests for information and data.
Follow up on and resolve administrative issues and inquiries.
Generate service support-related reports.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma in Business Studies
at least 1 year of related experience in Customer Service, Sales support or logistic support
experience in Oracle or SAP will be an added advantage
