Develop comprehensive resource requirements and action plans to achieve and grow sales targets . Evaluate sales progression against targets . Measure and report the results . Lead Branch Managers to streamline processes for better customer service support and to improve productivity . Develop sales metrics and track sales performance and productivity for analysis and reporting . Keep abreast of competitors and market trends . Drive inspiration and motivation within the operations' teams . Coach and mentor operations staff to develop and maximize their performance . Build and maintain a collaborative working environment. Promote teamwork . Identify growth opportunities Job Requirements: . Minimum GCE A' level . 10 years relevant working experience in leading teams to achieve not less than $20million sales per annum . Strong leadership and targets driven personality . Sense of ownership and pride in personal performance and its impact on Company's success
