  • Client-Driven : Provides a full IT Service Management lifecycle for Line of Business applications and infrastructure.
  • Ensures the Resiliency and Stability of our Production Environment.
  • Delivers the Bank's Client connectivity infrastructure & communications technology platform
  • Supports and delivers Innovative end-user technology solutions.

We are looking to add an experienced, hands-on technical leader for ourAsia PacificWorkplace Technology Services team. This role will be responsible for delivering an excellent end-user experience, providing leadership to a dynamic team across the region and forms part of the APAC Technology regional leadership team.

The candidate will need to be a thought leader and capable of thoughtful prioritization, have professional experience supporting an enterprise environment as well as experience managing a diverse team. As this role is focused on end-user excellence, the individual should have a technical background, underpinned by strong interpersonal and communication skills.

The role:
  • Develop and drive short to long term strategies on Workplace Technology for the region, ensuring transformational change is implemented in a timely manner
  • Build and maintain strong client orientated productive relationships with the business and acting as the responsible focal point for the delivery and support of technology services within region
  • Accountable for ensure compliance, risk and audit are delivered
  • Change leadership experience to identify opportunities for different and innovative approaches to addressing organizational problems and opportunities
  • Accountable for achievement of OLA/SLA-based onsite support service for each site within the region
  • Build a team culture that focuses on exceptional customer service, ownership, persistence, and technical growth
  • Establish goals and objectives for the team that clearly define expectations for success
  • Provide excellent customer service through proper and proactive communication, a "can do" mentality, and a high degree of professionalism
  • Develop and ensure adherence to standardized processes and procedures for the support of systems and applications
  • Perform technical architecture, design, installation, troubleshooting, and advisory services for projects
  • Ensure appropriate tools are available for the support team to conduct their role effectively, continually assessing fitness for purpose.
  • Ensure governance is adhered to and manage risks to meet or exceed internal and external audit requirements (including all Production and Disaster Recovery environments).
Experience & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
  • 10-15 years of technical and management experience required experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
  • Hands-on project delivery experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication (verbal and written) skills
