Job Description

This position will be responsible for overall planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of HR projects in Office of Human Resources. This role will report into the Chief Human Resource Officer. Responsibilities

• Work with key stakeholders, such as Centres of Excellence (COE), HR Business Partners, IT and project/inter-department teams to ensure the delivery of key project milestones on time and within budget, resource and policy
• Interpret and review, where appropriate, key HR policies, and communicate with the HR teams and managers in the project/departments
• Devise and manage a regular project reporting mechanism for the HR teams and relevant business leaders
• Present and communicate key people data to HR colleagues and other stakeholders in a timely and consistent manner
• Track and monitor progress and escalate business risks where appropriate
• Collaborative work with other Departments/Schools/Centres of the University to identify Pan-University dependencies and report back to key stakeholders on project status
• Point of contact for Office of HR for audit matters
• PDPA & Data Governance Champion for Office of HR
• Initial focus on talent acquisition initiatives, strategies and solutions in hiring best talents to accelerate the University’s growth

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• At least 10 years of relevant progressive HR experience, preferably in project management experience or HR business partnering with focus in talent attraction and retention
• Possess knowledge of hiring processes, skill development, and organizational analysis frameworks
• Proficient at using software and leveraging technology
• Data driven with analytical mindset, and critical thinking abilities
• Skilled at negotiation, presentation, and execution
• Excellent at both verbal and written communication
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Meticulous, hard-working, and goal-driven
• Ability to work under pressure
