Job Description


1. A leader to oversee the various departments \xe2\x80\x93 Sales / Product Development / Operations / Accounts / HR & Admin \xe2\x80\x93 effectively especially in fostering team works. 2. Ability to do financial forecast for outbound tours (global destinations) to achieve the sales target for Outbound Tours set by the Management 3. Maintain company\xe2\x80\x99s high standard of customer service and manage customer\xe2\x80\x99s feedback to ensure branding of company is uphold 4. Increase sales and profits Requirements 1. Minimum Diploma holder or similar from recognised institution. 2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in managing Outbound Tours. 3. Service-oriented with good interpersonal and oral/written communication skills 4. A proactive team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment
