Job Description
:
Responsibilities:
- Project management of the planning, execution, design, construction and performance of the Company\'s development projects in Singapore
- Property management of the Company\'s portfolio of investment properties in Singapore.
- Oversee the project team to deliver KPI
- Manage the property management team ensure works are done in compliance and follow regulations
- Minimum Degree
- At least 10 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge in project management
