Responsible for full spectrum of HR function in areas of recruitment, on-boarding, Payroll administration(150+/-), employee relations, performance management etc;
Manage end to end recruitment cycle including sourcing, interview, salary proposal, onboarding process/orientation and exit interview;
Provide day to day operational HR administration support;
Ensure compliance with employment laws;
Providing support and guidance on all aspects of employee relations.
To create and implement HR policies or initiatives.
Review HR policies and communicate the policies, programs and/or changes as necessary
Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
At least 2 years\' experience in Human Resources Management or other management principles
Basic understanding of Singapore\'s labour laws and best practices in employment
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills is an added advantage
Proficient in MS Office applications and Info-tech Software is an added advantage
Ability to work in fast pace working environment
