:
- Responsible for smooth and efficient running of the daily operations.- Maintain high standards of quality control and restaurant hygiene.- Address customer needs, comments, and complaints.- Manage staffs and provide feedback.- Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment.- Forecast needs and oversee ordering as necessary.- Assist in both Front of House and Back of House when necessary. - Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards- Report on financial performance, inventory, and personnel
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in F&B industry.- Possess basic kitchen skills.- Willing to work on weekend and public holidays.- Able to work for split shift if necessary.- Energetic, able to work in a fast-paced environment.- Great leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.- Passionate in the line of F&B.
Compensation:
- Working Location: Great World, Central- Working days: 5.5 days/week- Working hours: 44 hours/week (around 8 hours/day)- Benefits: AWS, annual leave, career progression.
