Established in 1981, the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) https://www.ntu.edu.sg/eee is one of the founding Schools of the Nanyang Technological University. Built on a culture of excellence, the school is renowned for its high academic standards and research. It is one of the largest EEE schools in the world, with more than 120 faculty members and an enrolment of more than 4,000, of which about 1,000 are graduate students.We invite applications for the position of Assistant Manager, Student Development and Alumni Engagement. The incumbent shall manage all aspects of student life and support for MSc programmes.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Student Engagement and Support: Develop and implement programs to enhance student involvement, satisfaction, and overall well-being.Student Development and Well-being: Organize workshops and initiatives focusing on stress management, career development, mental health, and time management to promote holistic student development.Student Leadership and Skill Development: To provide opportunities for student leadership and skill development as well as establish partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders to provide additional resources and opportunities for students.Crisis Management and Support: Provide immediate assistance and resources to students in times of crises or emergencies, coordinating with relevant departments as needed.Requirements:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degreeAt least 3 years of relevant experience in student life and support is preferred.Possess strong communication skills and problem-solving skills with good time management.Able to handle stress and passionate in assisting students.Possess a \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude, ability to work fast and independently.A team player with strong interpersonal skills.We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Hiring Institution: NTU
