What the role is:

The associate will be part of a dynamic and collegial team in the Finance, Systems and Projects directorate (MOF-FSP) that collaborate with stakeholders to drive transformation across Whole-of-Government corporate services. MOF-FSP also streamlines and enhances processes and systems in the finance, procurement, knowledge management and IT domains to support MOF officers.

What you will be working on:

Key results areas include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive KM initiatives such as digitalisation of physical files, enhancements of KM systems, and knowledge and records audits; \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and review KM policies, internal guidelines and training materials; \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the physical and electronic records of the organisation over their lifecycle e.g. appraisal, archival and declassification, and liaise with National Archives of Singapore (NAS); \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct engagement sessions and workshops to train users, share best practices and promote the use of knowledge management tools; \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with IT team to troubleshoot system issues, including system testing and data cleansing/conversion efforts; and \xe2\x80\xa2 Foster a strong knowledge management culture for the organisation.

What we are looking for:

• Good degree, preferably in Knowledge Management, Information Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or IT; \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably 2-3 years\' experience in implementing knowledge management initiatives; \xe2\x80\xa2 Good understanding of records management, archiving and information classification concepts and systems, and the implementation of digital solutions and technological tools e.g. Sharepoint; \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-driven and committed individual who is able to work independently and within teams; and \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong critical thinking, communication (both written and presentation) and project management skills.
