Job Description

Creative individual with a passion for event management and sales, the person will have responsibility for achieving and exceeding financial targets, developing and implementing marketing strategies, which promote the event, developing key relationships and ensuring events, are managed effectively by the Operations team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Clients Management and Sales – Liaising with clients to identify their needs and follow up with suitable proposals and quotations
• Client Communication and Relationship Management
• Provide Professional Customer Service and Advice to Clients
• Proposal Writing, Quotation, Invoicing, and Payments
• Events Planning and Coordination – Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in event or retail purchasing
• Proven record of a successful sales career and do cold calling to get new leads
• Proven record of converting leads to confirmed business
• Ability to build strong and lasting customer relationships
• A background in meetings and events experience essential
• Highly motivated, open to explore new ideas, and has a proven ability to create and deliver proposals / presentations that are tailored to the customer's needs
• Willing to go the extra mile to provide top-notch customer service, and is willing to source and form business and customer relationships for future sales opportunities
• Strong team player, good time management skills and is able to work in a fast-paced environment with heavy demands
• Service oriented mindset balanced with strong financial competency
• Excellent communicator with exceptional persuasive and negotiation ability
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
