Job Description
Job Summary:
- Salary Range: Up to $4500 + VB
- Working Location: Central
- Working hours: Monday to Friday
- Familiar with Theatre (Black Box) operation and the AV sound and lighting system is a must.
- Take charge of supervising and leading the Operations team to effectively manage the overall operation, maintenance, and upkeep of the property and facilities.
- Manage the facilities of the building, which includes asset enhancement, contractor supervision, and communication with clients regarding facilities operations.
- Provide support to the facility management team in daily operations, conduct diligent checks on facility conditions, and verify that routine maintenance services performed by contractors comply with specifications.
- Address feedback and service requests from clients and coordinate with contractors on all maintenance-related matters.
- Oversee, plan, and organize a team of contractors to carry out both planned and ad-hoc maintenance tasks, establishing efficient work routines.
- Compile, gather, and analyze operational data and reports to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in event or venue booking and management, specifically for performances, theatre productions, workshops, and seminars.
- Proficiency in Theatre (Black Box) operations and familiarity with AV sound and lighting systems is essential.
