Job Description
Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or any related discipline
- At least 3 + years of business analyst experience preferred.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies - various SDLCs, including Waterfall or Agile (SCRUM, Kanban, etc) and/or Test Automation.
- Proven Business Process Reengineering (BPR) consulting experience is an advantage.
- Lead and / or participate in the development of functional requirements and technical specifications.
- Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
