The Role Reporting to the SVP based in US, you will support the Yardi Investment Management users in Asia Pacific region on all matters relating to Yardi including troubleshooting issues and training new users on Yardi you will partner with system vendors to support business applications and escalate end-user issues function as a business process engineer by documenting current system processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and/or standardization and find ways to further leverage existing technologies, assist in developing systems processes to support regional and/or global governance initiatives. Your Profile To succeed, you should be accounting trained with at least 5 years' experience with Yardi or equivalent accounting system, preferably with an Investment Management Suite focus (e.g. investor reporting, NAV etc). You should have a strong interest in process improvements using technology solutions, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn.
