Job Responsibilities: Primary Duties:

  • Format proposal, reports, terms of business using PPT/Word
  • Identify sales leads, contact customers
  • Conduct market research, gather marketing intelligence and gather customer feedback
  • Assist with marketing materials and event planning
Staff related matters:
  • Assist with staff membership, newspaper subscription, staff training registration and assist with staff movement.
Admin matters:
  • Prepare invoice billings
  • Assist with various office admin
  • Courier service
  • Meeting rooms
  • Ad hoc duties by management
Pre-requisites:
  • Diploma/Degree with at least 1 year working experirence
  • Preference for those in professional services/finance industry
  • Strong command of English with a flair for copywriting
