Based in Singapore and covering regional clients, we are looking for a sales driven and dynamic media sales professional who can develop business relationships wherever they occur. AsianInvestor is the leading brand dedicated to providing essential insights and intelligence to the region's investment industry, with a particular focus on asset owners. Role overview As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenues across digital advertising and content solution, events sponsorship, and bespoke campaign for AsianInvestor. You will work with clients, new and existing, to advise and offer opportunities across our portfolio which includes live events, digital, print & bespoke activities. You will also be encouraged to commercialise new ideas from understanding the market and client base. Specific responsibilities include: . Maximize revenues through strategic account management and new business development initiatives . Grow existing accounts spend and broaden client based in given markets/segments . Deliver on sale targets and agreed level of output . Develop creative marketing solutions for clients and strategy for the brand offerings . Identify new opportunities for lead generation to foster new revenue growth . Create and manage sales document . Adoption of Salesforce Personal Specifications: You will have at least 2+ years' experience selling into events, publishing, advertising, sponsorship or other media sales for a credible organisation. . Solid understanding of how publishing and digital media works . Experience and knowledge of the finance sector preferred . Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships . Ability to spot business opportunities and confidently engage with clients at all levels . Strong verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin preferred . Ability to successfully close negotiations at a senior level . Presentation skills .
