Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Analysing data on outlets’ stall occupancy and rental levels
- Planning and overseeing marketing initiatives to potential tenants.
- Negotiate with tenants on leasing terms and conditions
- Work with Operations to resolve day-to-day issues with tenants
- Manage tenant’s satisfaction & convey their feedback to management
- Ensure tenants follow & comply with relevant SOPs
- Visit outlets for tenant feedback and resolve issues.
Job Requirements
- Have Degree / Diploma with 2 years’ in F&B leasing work.
- Have good communication and customer relations skills
- Willing to travel to outlets in course of work
- Hands on attitude
