Why join one start-up when you can join many? DxD is a Design and Development house that helps inventors through the productization process. DxD Hub engineers work with collaborators and clinicians to plan and execute software medical device projects starting from ideation to product launch. Our teams work across clinical disciplines in advanced technology areas including AI, computer vision, and natural language processing. Your role will be to source exciting Medtech projects for our team to work with and make win-win deals with our collaborators.
Conduct industry-landscaping studies to advise expansion strategy and identify new collaboration partners
Collaborate with our project and product/technical teams to create, iterate and implement business expansion plans
Be the point of contact for preliminary engagement enquiries.
Evaluate potential collaborators and provide analysis and recommendation, in consultation with project/ tech teams, on prioritisation of engagement.
Support the teams on the business engagement including developing business model for projects, scoping high quality engagements, project scheduling as well as negotiation of licensing, service, collaboration etc.
Respond rapidly and flexibly to emerging issues in legal and/or business arrangements relating to collaboration engagement between DxD Hub and an external entity.
Where DxD Hub is involved in the product deployment, to support the on-boarding of product deployment and to follow up on the respective technical marketing aspect.
Requirements
Master or Bachelor's degree in Science/ Engineering
Minimum 5 years of Experience (PhD & intern experience inclusive) in business/ client and market development
Strong interpersonal management and communication skills with prescribed business etiquette at both personal and electronic levels in a multi-cultural, multi-level environment
Strong analytical skills to distill information from various sources into key considerations, trends and opportunities
Ability to work independently, proactively and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Quick learner; willing to acquire the necessary technical /domain knowledge
Highly developed organizational ability and attention to details
