Roles ResponsibilitiesThis position reports to the Managing director and interfaces with Business developmental managers and clients. Through innovation, roll out the ideal mix and match products to create attractive packages2. planning and organising special sales and marketing programmes based on sales records and market assessments, by following various countries festive calenders.3. determining price lists, discount and delivery terms, sales promotion budgets, sales methods, special incentives and campaigns according to market demand. Observe how the traveling market fluctuates, identify opportunity and stay competitive. 4. establishing and directing operational and administrative procedures related to sales activities, to ensure smooth sales operation relating to travel sales. 5. leading and managing the activities of sales staff, keep track of their sales record, advise and set target for the sales staff to achieve to generate revenue and profit for the company.6. representing the agency professionally at sales and marketing conventions, and travel fairs.Technical Skills and Competencies1. Familirised the product, packages that the agency carries & package innovation2. Learn to plan and organise marketing activities to boost sales3. Learn to set prices and be price sensitive to market movements 4. Learn sales operation and admintrative procedures 5. Sales team handling. 6.
