JOB DESCRIPTION
Acquisition of new to bank customers (Trade / Non Trade) and wallet sizing through cross selling activities
Ensure quality loans acquisition and quality AA submission (Rework) Annual renew for Trade - LIS's customers
Ensure no lapses on customer service, through management of TAT etc
Proliferate competencies in trade product to the whole RSME
Encourage utilization for newly on-boarded trade customers
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Hunt for new business opportunities, through networking events, telesales, etc
Wallet sizing and increase trade utilization
Servicing of newly onboarded trade customers through Adhoc Trade finance request
KYC
Improving individual credit skills in order to ensure smooth application process
Good product knowledge
Perform ad-hoc reviews, re-rating for existing trade portfolio customers
Annual review for Trade - LIS's customers
Regular customer visits for relationship building
Actively imparting trade knowledge to Non Trade BDM through co sharing
