Business Development Manager (Contract Logistics)
Expand business scale with customers, seek for new business, new customers in logistics field to achieve total budget of revenue.
Align own sales plan with company targets and strategy, deciding which sales opportunities to focus on.
Collect m market intelligence, product and update critical date calendar and to report tender result and reason of win/failure.
Build strategic, trust-based relationships with prospective clients’ decision markets and provide industry insights, competitive landscape, leads and opportunity pipeline development.
Handle RFI, RFQ, RFP and tender work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and quality submission.
Propose efficient logistics solution / proposal meeting customer’s need and or to manage and engage when there is any issue or irregularity related to customer.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Logistics or equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ experience in contract logistics and supply chain industry.
Knowledge in B2B sales experience in transportation, logistics or supply chain management industry.
Experience handling customer in either retail, consumer, healthcare, automotive, hi-tech and industrial verticals.
Strong in sales pitch and negotiation skills, analytical skills to interpret customer support volume and competitors’ volume.
Proficient in Microsoft office skills.
