Business Development Manager
Job Description
【Job Responsibilities】:
1. Responsible for market development and customer relationship maintenance in Southeast Asia, and maintain a good long-term cooperative relationship (target industries: games/e-commerce/online entertainment, etc.);
2. Develop business development strategies and implement, monitor and adjust;
3. Lead the (BD) team to achieve performance goals;
4. In-depth insight into customer needs, cooperate with internal product, R&D and operation teams to jointly formulate relevant solutions;
【Job Requirements】:
1. Full-time undergraduate degree;
2. More than 3 years of experience in financial product sales, experience in payment technology companies (such as Paypal, Square, Stripe, Nets, etc.) is preferred;
3. Experience in overseas market expansion, Southeast Asian countries such as Singapore and Thailand are preferred;
4. Have excellent account opening development and maintenance capabilities;
5. Proficient in English, able to speak, read, write and speak fluently, overseas work and study experience is preferred;
6. Love sales work; strong ability to work under pressure.

4. 深入洞察客户需求，与内部产品、研发和运营团队配合，共同制定相关解决方案；
【任职要求】：
1. 全日制本科学历;
2. 3年以上的金融产品销售经验，支付类科技公司（如Paypal、Square、Stripe、Nets等）经验优先；
3. 拥有海外市场拓展经验，东南亚国家如新加坡、泰国等优先；
4. 拥有优秀的开户开发和维护能力；
5. 熟练运用英语能说读写，口语流利，海外工作留学经历优先；
6. 热爱销售工作，良好抗压能力强.
