Job Description
1. Role Description
Is responsible for overseeing the implementation of business objectives among their company’s marketing and analyze market trends and identify areas for improvement.
2. Specific Responsibilities
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
- Researching prospective accounts in target markets
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
- Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
- Participate in the new application development including defining market value preposition, market/customer analysis and market development activities.

Business Negotiation
- Context of negotiation, which relates to negotiation objectives, components of negotiation plans
Business Opportunities Development
- Impact of trends on new and/or existing products and offerings, customer relationships development methods
Contract Development and Management
- Factors vitiating contracts, contract terminations and breach of contract, differentiation between ownership, risk, delivery and acceptance of goods or services
Demand Analysis
- Differences between primary and secondary demands and supply, products life cycle management
Effectiveness Management
- Market trends and developments in relation to influencing individuals, models and methods for working with emotional intelligence
Market Profiling
- Role of segmentation in developing the market strategies, types of characteristics of differing market segments
