We are looking for a Business Development Manager, who has a passionate and driven personality, is prepared to lead strategic business growth and determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies.
Requirement
Minimum Diploma in Engineering/Business
At least 3 years of industrial sales experience
Proven communication skills and a good command of the English language (verbal and written)
Proven track record of establishing and maintaining relationships with customers
Ability to work independently by planning and organizing own work
Ambitious and a strong desire for success with a commercial mindset
IT literate, with experience from working with CRM systems etc.
Good analytical and problem solving skills. Good customer relationship management skills Strong communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Words, Powerpoint and Excel
Knowledge in industrial packaging an added advantage
Possess class 3 driving license with own vehicle
Roles & Responsibilities
Drive profitable sales growth on existing customers
Secure new business from existing customers and hunt for new customers.
Build sales pipeline and secure sales growth
Able to manage projects sales and product development
High adaptability, flexible and able to adapt to new strategic plans and new roles given
Develop, determine and responsible for team sales strategy and target
Compile and analyse sales figures, product data and develop necessary action plans
Proactively Identify and source for new business opportunities and develop new and existing customer
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Continuous review of existing customers to identify opportunities for revenue growth
