DD2 Media ( https://dd2media.com ) is an integrated and full serviced digital marketing agency which started since September 2019. We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Your role as a business development manager is to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. This role revolves around good communication and cohesiveness working with co-workers who will be supporting this role.

Responsibilities

  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
  • Planning and preparing proposals and presentations
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
  • Providing management and team with feedback from the clients, agencies and the market
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales proposals and pitch to prospective clients and agencies, ensuring adherence to company policies as well as rules and guidelines.
  • Diligently updating of sales pipelines and projections
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree holders, fresh graduates will be considered.
  • Knowledge of media industry and experience in digital or advertising sales is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Thrives in a challenging environment.
  • Independent and driven.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Proven ability to negotiate.
  • Basic Digital or Media Market knowledge.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.
