The company is targeting to build up the portfolio with diversified stages in Marine industry in Taiwan, Hong Kong and China. The common characteristics are having high value technology in growth sectors and passion to be the category leaders in the industry.


Responsibilities

• Be responsible for pre-investment approaching, due-diligence, and evaluation.
  

• Be responsible for post-investment management includes financial audit, performance review, and business development strategy advice.
  

• Followed company’s risk management policy and ensure the investment complies with regulation.
  

• As firm’s representative to establish and/or maintain business partnership with venture capital, hedge fund, pension fund as well as high net wealth investors
  

• Lead the function of corporate strategy to identify high priority opportunities, establish development strategies, and determine appropriate activities to hit the growth target.
  

• Negotiate with international clients on new & on-going businesses
  

• Master’s Degree and a 4-6 years of relevant experience in investment industry and working experience in top investment institutions is highly preferred
  

• Fluency in Mandarin (精通中文)
  

• Mobility to travel within the region
  

• Strong connection with start-ups community in Great China
  

• Ability to think out of the box and create methods for implementation
  

• Self-Motivated, ambitious, disciplined, and positive work attitude
  

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
