He/She will source for business opportunities, help in future research and development of smart integrations. This person must be effectively bilingual and know the Southeast Asia and Chinese market well. He/She will have to be very independent and is required to travel to Malaysia frequently.He/she is responsible for business development, managing key accounts, marketing, sales of both broad based and niche logistics services including performing market research, prospecting, developing relationships with potential customers and meeting sales targets. He/She is also responsible for managing business resources, including manpower and internal assets. He/She is also expected to lead teams and make business decisions independently. Working location: Ubi (Singapore) and Kuala Lumpur 5 days' work weekJob Responsibilities: Be responsible for sales target set by the company. Develop, formulate and execute sales and marketing programs for the company Provide sales consultation and technical information to contractors and customers. Responsible for ensuring end-to-end delivery of services and any eventual follow-ups. Collation of information for promotional events. Participation in all marketing events and exhibitions.Job Requirements: Degree or Diploma in relevant industry. Entrepreneur mindset. Effectively bilingual (English and Chinese). Be responsible for sales target set by the company. Develop co-created solutions with suppliers and customers to enhance offering and competitiveness. Develop sales performance metrics based on organisation service prices and cost structure approach. Develop vertical business plans to grow the markets of vertical sectors. Drive customer attraction and retention strategy to improve on customer loyalty. Engage in targeted conversations that steer customers to solutions that address their needs. Optimise use of allocated resources within business activities. Review customer needs to enhance offering and competitiveness. Review sales performance metrics to enhance sales outcomes. Review sales proposals/ tender documents. Shape sales outcome effectiveness.Comptencies to learn: Communicate with clients of all backgrounds and educational levels. Juggle numerous clients, on- and off-site meetings, and deadlines and other tasks on track. Track leads and client calls and document where each prospect is in the sales cycle.
