For more information, please visit www.2K.com.What We Need: The successful candidate will need to work with business development, product development, operations and marketing teams to maximize our commercial terms, product exposure and revenue growth. The candidate will be the main point of contact for business and publishing partners in APAC and Emerging Markets (LatAM and MENA). The candidate is responsible to help define the strategy and product positioning in the business of the 2K label with an emphasis on Mobile gaming. The candidate will report into and support the General Manager of Global Emerging Markets and APAC.Job Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate and lead new business opportunities with potential publishers and developers in Emerging Markets centred around Mobile Gaming; work with global and regional teams to negotiate and close deals. Consolidate revenue forecasts of mobile titles, working with our mobile operations, analytics, marketing, finance, and BD teams. Monitor and report on key market trends and local conditions, as well as partner and competitor activities. Establish relationships and build our presence with industry events and media Submit monthly progress reports and notes to update on new and existing initiatives and highlight specific market opportunities. Resolve day-to-day business and product issues between internal teams (production, marketing) and partners.Who We Think Will Be a Great Fit: 6+ years of experience in strategic partner management, business development and contract negotiation in the gaming and/or mobile industry Knowledge and experience operating in emerging markets and familiar with their ecosystems (platforms, local players, telcos, payment gateway); experienced in navigating mobile publishing platforms and systems (iTunes Connect, Google Play, Ad Mediation, Ad Networks, Analytics, etc) Understanding of mobile KPIs, especially as they relate to forecasts, P&Ls and deal evaluation Strong communication, interpersonal and conceptual thinking skills; ability to build collaborative relationships with a diverse range of partners in a multi-cultural environment Proven leadership, influence, and project management skills Ability to capture knowledge, translate this into improved processes & best practices and influence all levels of management internally. Entrepreneurial spirit and autonomy in the work MBA preferred
