We are looking for a Business Development Manager to support purchase/trading of ferrous & non-ferrous metals . Candidate should be able: * Identifying business leads * Negotiating business deal We are looking for a Business Development Manager to support purchase/trading of ferrous & non-ferrous metals . Candidate should be able: Identifying business leads Negotiating business deals terms and conditions Maintaining working relationships with existing and new clients/customers Applying quality assurance program requirements Organize and supervise shipments, quantity/quality claims Ensure proper shipping/commercial/insurance documentations. Willingness and ability to work on own initiative as and when required A high level of initiative, proactivity, and self-motivation The ability to work under pressure The ability to learn new skills quickly The ability to handle confidential information The ability to deal effectively with clients, suppliers and the general public The ability to exercise good judgment in evaluating the correct course of action to be taken when dealing with clients, suppliers and the general public. The Candidate preferably should have a Diploma/Degree in any discipline with at least five years of experience in Sales/Export/Import/Trading. Experience in trading/logistics/shipping/warehousing.
