Perform business development activities and acquire new customers with executive recruitment need
Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships
Formulate business strategy with senior management and meet KPIs set
Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets
Execute initiatives through market research, networking and enlarging footprints in target markets
Qualify leads and negotiate terms offered to clients
Work closely with stakeholders in the company to ensure quality delivery of our services
Job Requirement
Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Min. 3 to 5 years of sales experience
Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
Target-oriented with a strong hunter attitude
